
My problem is trying to get enough sleep and relaxation worked in to my life. I don't know if others feel this way but I imagine that were are many people who do. I find that I start waking up at about 4:30 a.m. and I am up by 5:00 a.m. or 5:30 a.m. I am just full of nervous energy - not positive or negative - just nervous. I have a morning routine. The first thing that I do is just jog for about 30 minutes (it's better than any antidepressant) and then I jump on the rebounder (gently) for five minutes, and then do some yoga stretching and balance...not big stuff just gentle movement of the body. If I have time I do a little meditation. If not, I have been told that my gentle jogging and rebounding is a form of "moving meditation". This morning routine is what keeps my days from spinning out of control and keeps me in balance.
